Three bilges with each 24V 100W submergible pumps with siphon. Separate fire pump (new 2008). There is a manual diaphragm bilge pump system with manifold 1.400 litres of fresh water in two structural tanks of 700 litres each, located behind the diesel tanks on either side of the centre line. Level indicators at the electric panel.
5 Hydra electric tank gauges at nav. Station.

Black/grey water system:
Structural grey water tanks in front of the mast, 410 litres.
PVC plumbing and manhole.
380 litre black water tank on stern port side, with exit on deck or over board.
Both tanks have a high level alarm. Two “Tank watch 4” for black and grey water level at Nav. station.

Air-conditioning:Condaria air conditioning in all cabins

Fuel:
1400 litre capacity in two integrated aluminium double bottom tanks, located just behind the mast. 60 Litre aluminium day tank. The return is to the day dank as well. Aspiration at the top of the mast. Both tanks are connected. All valves are stainless
Consumption (approx): 25 lph @ 8.5 knots approx.
Fresh water: 1400 l
Grey water: 410 l
Black water: 380 l

Accommodation
8 guests in 3 cabins and 2 crew in 1 cabins
Owner: On the other side of the bulk head is the full width owner’s cabin, large hanging lockers and cupboards, the double bed is over starboard and there is a sofa on port side with a small writing desk / vanity. Side hull windows in the owner’s cabin, guest cabins and salon allow natural light to enter. Rondal hatches are built in the teak decks. The low profile coach roof holds non flush hatches
Guests: There are two mirror image guest cabins on either side, each with twin beds + pullman bed and en suite bath rooms. The starboard en suite bathroom has a separate stall shower
Crew: On port side just aft of the companion way we find the navigation area with half-chart sized chart table. The back wall of the navigator’s seat separates the crew cabin from the saloon. It has one upper/lower bunk berth.
